Ørsted uses Scaled-Agile Framework (SAFe)  as a framework and stepping stone around agile ways of working. The Agile Release Train (ART) is powered by 4-12 cross functional teams. My role is to be a lead for one of the agile release trains which consists of 09 engineering teams.

Within sprints, I see the role of UXer wearing multiple hats, working with the team on current sprints, and also refining and working in future sprints.
